Ambient light.
GOLD REFLECTOR:Gold reflectors are designed to change the color of the light by warming it up a bit with an orange tone. Since reflectors don't create light, their primary purpose is to fix shadows
Silver reflects much more light.. It's job is to bounce some of the light from your main light (your flash) back into the shadowy areas of your subject, so you'll need to position it where it can do its job.
The light's angle during golden hour is perfect for some backlight photography. This occurs when light comes from behind your model/subject.
MORNING GOLDEN HOUR:During these times the sun is low in the sky, producing a soft, diffused light which is much more flattering than the harsh midday sun that so many of us are used to shooting in.
Harsh lighting is very bright, directional light, typically found during mid-day. It casts strong shadows with very defined lines onto your subjects. Without being positioned properly, you will find that your subjects may squint against the sun instead of having relaxed, natural expressions
